Taiwan Instant Beef Noodle

Instant noodle is a precooked and usually dried noodle block, sold with flavouring powder and/or seasoning oil, usually in a separate packet. Dried noodle blocks are cooked or soaked in boiling water; The instant noodle was invented by Momofuku Ando of Nissin Foods in Japan. They were launched in 1958 under the brand name Chikin Ramen. In 1971, Nissin introduced Cup Noodles, a dried noodle block in a polystyrene cup.

When i visited Taiwan early this year, i had taste some of the instant noodle sold in the convenient store. Among all of them, my favourite was this Man Hua Feast Spring Onion Beef Noodle. Very strong taste of beef flavour and onion, noodles are flat and big, not too soft or hard. As a bonus, it have real beef chunks in it. The paste and the meat are seal packed separately.

This is the last bowl that i bought from Taiwan, really hope can get it here in local store. i was too hungry and forgot to take photo of the seal packed paste and beef chunks.
