During my trip to Kuala Lumpur last December. I was able to visit the well known maid cafe, Tenshi no Cafe. The place has a very nice atmosphere, upon entering the cafe, you will be serve by their lovely maids. They will greed you "okaerinasaimase goshujinsama/ojousama" means welcome home master/mistress, they will take you to your seat and take you order. They are very polite and friendly. You can chat with them as long you don't violent their 10 rules. Apart from that, you can also play games with them or request to be spoon feed by them. Oh, they even have cool looking butler ready to serve you.

You can become a member by asking the maid on duty for assistant. There are several level of membership with their own privileges. Find out more here.
Visitors can't take picture of their maid/butler. However they can request for it using a Polaroid camera provided by the maid. You need to pay extra for this service though. Later on they will decorate the photos with colorful wording and drawing. Unfortunately that day they have run out of film, so, i just use my own camera instead.
