This has become an annual event where it's aim to collect funds for selected beneficiaries. This year was the 10th 7K run and has took place at Sutera Harbour last 10 July 2010. Registration fees were RM25 per adult and RM15 per student which include an Adidas voucher worth RM20 and not to miss the official 7K t-shirt. Fund raised will be distributed to the Special Olympics Sabah and Sabah Thalassaemia Society. The event started around 5.17pm, thousand of runners from all over Sabah had joined, some foreigner also spotted among the participants as to support the run. According to report, the 1oth 7K run has received the biggest number of participation with 12,000 runners and supporters. Glad to see Sabahan people still care for the society. Target was to complete a 7km run in 77 minutes. Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Youth and Sports, Datuk Peter Pang was pleased to delivered his opening speech and launched the event.

This event also featuring Suria.Fm Dj Othoe and DJ Linda Onn, After the run, participants also had the change to win some prizes through lucky draw and enjoy performance by some local artist such as Stacy AF6 and Chaq of Mentor 3. This event was supported by DBKK, Ministry of Youth and Sports Sabah and the Youth and Sports Department Sabah.
